At the heart of the new system is the QIROX QRC-410-E welding robot. The seventh axis considerably extends the robot's working range and enables optimum positioning of the welding torch. The WP-DH-TC-5 kN double station workpiece positioner with horizontal changeover and vertical rotary movement with counter bearing consists of two opposing stations. The 2-station principle allows the components to be inserted in one station while the robot welds in the other station. By using automated welding technology, the company achieves precisely reproducible welding results and excellent product quality.
