Henke GmbH has relied on CLOOS welding technologies for more than 30 years. In 2018, the specialists for industrial sheet metal processing and transformer accessories put a new compact robot system from CLOOS into operation. The robot system's equipment and process diversity enable maximum production flexibility. Wherever special requirements are placed on the seam surface and appearance, Henke uses the new MoTion-Weld welding processes to achieve excellent welding results. The MoTion-Weld processes are particularly suitable for applications in the thin sheet metal sector and for components with varying gaps and tolerances. The reversing wire enables maximum process stability. Less reworking is required due to the minimized spattering and smear formation. In addition, the precise heat control ensures excellent weld seam quality.
