HAIGER, JANUARY 2025 - After successfully passing their final exams in January, eight young specialists are now starting their professional careers at CLOOS. The company is delighted to be employing the graduates in various areas in the future.
This year, the following young professionals have successfully completed their apprenticeship and taken up their new positions:
Lea Engel (industrial clerk, HR department), Moritz Schneider (mechatronics technician, robot commissioning), Paul Jannis Moos (mechatronics technician, robot commissioning), Simon Stalp (mechatronics technician, service), Leon Becker (electronics technician for industrial engineering, electrical assembly mechanical engineering), Max Quandel (electronics technician for industrial engineering, robot commissioning), Lukas Wagner (electronics technician for industrial engineering, maintenance), Leif Bastian (industrial mechanic, mechanical assembly mechanical engineering).
During their training, the graduates have acquired sound knowledge in many different departments and can also benefit from the practice-oriented tasks in the future. CLOOS offers all trainees a solid foundation to equip them for the diverse requirements of their future activities. CLOOS provides various support measures to help trainees prepare for their exams in the best possible way. This includes, among other things, the company lessons, in which company and school content is worked through and repeated directly in the company.
‘It's always impressive to see how our apprentices grow over the years and develop into real experts,’ says Andreas Schmelzer, Head of Industrial-Technical Training at CLOOS ‘With a lot of commitment and team spirit, they have really earned their successful qualifications. Now it's time for them to really get going - we are delighted to have them in our team with their knowledge and drive.’
The trainers accompany the trainees from day one and are on hand with help and advice. Thanks to their many years of experience, they can help with any problems and motivate and encourage the young people. In addition to the technical training, various activities and excursions were organised during the training period. Thanks to the shared experiences outside of working hours, the trainees got to know each other better as a team and made good friends.
‘My apprenticeship at CLOOS has not only helped me enormously professionally, but also personally,’ says Lea Engel, who has now completed her training as an industrial clerk. ‘I learnt a lot and was always able to rely on the support of the company and the trainers - I'm very grateful for that.’
Now a new chapter begins: with their successful graduation, the new employees are starting in the various departments full of energy and fresh ideas.
CLOOS congratulates all former apprentices and wishes the new employees not only a successful start, but also a lot of fun on their future career path.
