CLOOS Turkish Trailer Symposium

At the beginning of February, we welcomed a delegation of commercial vehicle manufacturers from Turkey.

Around 40 participants learned about product innovations and further developments at CLOOS in Haiger with a focus on the automated welding of truck trailers. The agenda included topics such as digitisation with the C-Gate IoT Platform, offline programming with QIROX RoboPlan and the automated QIROX grinding solutions. During the factory tour and the live demonstrations, the visitors were also able to get an idea of future-oriented production lines, automated production processes and the latest welding methods.

The event was overshadowed by the devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria. "We are deeply shocked by the terrible earthquake and extend our sympathies to all those affected," said CFO Alexander Veidt. CLOOS supports the relief organisations on site with an immediate donation of 10,000 euros.
