CLOOS at BEIJING ESSEN WELDING & CUTTING 2017

HAIGER/SHANGHAI – From June 27-30, 2017 the BEIJING ESSEN WELDING & CUTTING, the leading exhibition for welding technology in Asia, took place in Shanghai. In hall E7, booth 7520 Carl Cloos Schweisstechnik GmbH presented a wide range of innovative solutions for different applications. The welding specialists offer technologies from the entry to the premium level and from manual welding machines to automated robot systems.

The focus of the exhibition booth was on an intelligent robot welding system with a fully-automated loading and unloading system. Here, the QRC-350 QIROX robot, the QINEO Pulse 600 power source, workpiece positioners and handling systems work optimally synchronised. CLOOS offers the relevant core competencies at first hand.

Other highlights were the high-quality welding power sources for manual and automated welding. During live-demonstrations of manual welding trade visitors could experience the wide QINEO model range of the welding machines from entry to premium. In addition to the the hightech MIG/MAG power sources QINEO Champ and QINEO Tronic Pulse CLOOS presented the GLW 302 TIG inverter welding machine and the entry-level machine QinTron Pulse.

With Rapid Weld, Cold Weld and Root Penetration Control CLOOS also showed a wide range of welding processes for different materials and components. No matter if thick or thin, steel or aluminium, manual or automated – here you find the right welding process for every product requirement.
