We are looking for experienced engineers/technicians to travel to our customers across the UK and Ireland, and provide technical support with servicing, maintenance and installations for our CLOOS robotic welding and cutting systems.

As this is a field-based role, a willingness to work away from home will be required. Working days are Monday to Friday, with the possibility of occasional out of hours and weekend work.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to client sites across the UK and Ireland.
• Support Customer’s automation systems to aid in improving productivity.
• Assist in the installation and pre-production of new projects on time and within budget.
• Fault finding and rectification CLOOS robots and systems. Software and hardware editing, operating and diagnostics.
• Provide support in installation of new capital equipment.

Essential Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience working within a maintenance role within a high precision manufacturing environment
• Time Served in a suitable discipline/trade.
• Demonstrable experience in maintenance of Automation
• Good working knowledge of Robotics is Advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
• Passport
• Problem solving, can-do attitude
• Excellent customer service & relationship building skills
• Good communication skills both written and spoken English
• Proficient computer skills including email, Microsoft office, and Windows Server
