HAIGER – The new series of compact robot systems of Carl Cloos Schweisstechnik GmbH combines high productivity with optimum efficiency. QIROX All-In-One means that workpiece positioner, robot and robot positioner become one. They are mounted and aligned on a base plate. This allows a quick and cost-effective assembly because a fine adjustment is not necessary. In addition, the electrics and mechanics for the machines are pre-installed in full, making assembly and maintenance work simple and time-saving.
The All-In-One-System ensures a perfect accessibility as better welding positions can be reached. The user-friendly operation guarantees simple, precise and intuitive handling. The new systems are characterised by highest programming quality so that re-teaching is reduces to a minimum. In the case of identical systems, programs can be adopted without much effort thus ensuring maximum flexibility.
The compact systems can be integrated into any form of production easily and space-saving. The modular design allows individual extensions and retrofits at any time.
The scope of supply comprises the complete safety system such as glare shield, light barriers and start preselection panel with emergency stop button. As an option CLOOS also supplies the protective enclosure, perfectly adapted to your individual conditions at site.
