Manual and automated welding from a single source

Haiger/Brno – From 3 to 7 October 2016 the International Engineering Fair (MSV), the leading industrial trade fair in the Czech Republic, takes place in Brno. In hall 2, booth 12 Carl Cloos Schweisstechnik GmbH will present a wide range of manual and automated welding. The exhibition visitors can expect a wide range of welding processes for different materials and components.

With the QIROX robots, positioners and special purpose machines CLOOS develops and manufactures customer-specific automated welding systems so that the users are able to meet the growing requirements of the automated welding technology. The portfolio comprises simple, compact systems as well as complex, chained systems with automated workpiece identification and loading and unloading processes.
The focus of the exhibition booth is on the QR-CC-6 QIROX compact cell. With the compact robot cells by CLOOS every workpiece can be welded economically. They do not require much space and can be easily integrated into any production as they are completely pre-installed electrically and mechanically. From sensors to controller each compact cell is a tailor-made unit with components which match each other perfectly. All robot and positioner axes are fully synchronised. This provides excellent welding results, reduces the secondary processing times and speeds the entire process run enormously.
Besides, CLOOS will present the wide QINEO model range of high-quality welding machines for manual and automated welding. Among others, CLOOS will present the new QinTron Pulse for MIG/MAG welding with a pulsed arc. The inverter welding machine is characterised by a robust design, optimum ignition and welding characteristics and an excellent price/performance ratio. During live-demonstrations of manual welding trade visitors can experience the welding machines.
